Payment Policy

Tidiest Pro payments are processed securely by Stripe. Tidiest Pro does not store full card numbers or payment card credentials.

Plans

Tidiest Pro may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time lifetime access purchases. Current plan prices are shown on the pricing page and during checkout.

Subscription renewals

Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew each month, and annual plans renew each year, unless canceled before the renewal date.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for continued access to the current Tidiest Pro Google Sheets add-on offering under the purchasing account or linked account.

Account linking

Access may be tied to the purchaser email address or a linked Google account email. If the checkout email differs from the Google account used in Sheets, users may link access using the account linking flow provided by Tidiest Pro.

Failed payments

If a recurring subscription payment fails, Tidiest Pro may allow access to continue while Stripe retries the payment. Access may be paused or revoked if the subscription is canceled, paused, unpaid, refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise no longer in good standing.
