Refund Policy

Tidiest Pro offers monthly, annual, and lifetime access plans for the Google Sheets add-on.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. When a subscription is canceled, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where a duplicate or accidental purchase occurred, or where Tidiest Pro is unable to provide the purchased access.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime access purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the add-on does not work as described or the purchaser is unable to access the product after reasonable support troubleshooting.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Duplicate or accidental purchase requests should be sent promptly to support. Tidiest Pro may refund duplicate or accidental purchases when the request is made within 7 days and the purchase can be verified.

Refund requests

Refund requests should be sent to team@tidiestpro.com with the purchaser email address, approximate purchase date, and reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe. Final posting times depend on the customer's card issuer or bank.

Access after refunds or disputes

If a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent, Tidiest Pro may revoke the associated product access.
